Quarter Sawn Maple Veneer with Diamond Pattern

This unique Manhattan, NY, project was designed, crafted and installed by Braga Woodworks.
Living Room Cabinetry was crafted using Quarter Sawn Hard Maple Veneer. The sketch face application is done in a diamond shaped pattern and the veneer intersects at 45 degree angles. Quilted Maple Band creates accent on entire woodwork including the curved end cabinets. All doors are inset. The T.V. area (in the right-hand wall) received bi-fold pocket doors as did the dry bar area. We used European hinges in combination with SOSS invisible hinges.
The Table Cabinet received according-like legs that extend for seating of six persons. The inset Pocket Doors conceal Table Unit - legs and top.
Table top received same veneer patterns on our unique Foam Core. NOTE: The fabrication of the legs consists of 34 layers of .6mm of Maple Veneer.
